The Loans Engine is a successful technology led financial services business based in Watford. We specialise in broking second charge mortgages, unsecured loans, commercial and bridging finance.
Due to continuing business success and growth we now have fantastic opportunities available for Mortgage Administrators to join our growing team at our office in Watford. This is a permanent, full-time role and hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm.
Mortgage Administrator responsibilities:
In this position, you will be responsible for processing customer applications through to completion, ensuring the delivery of high standard customer service at all times. You will also be responsible for:
-Handling often complex cases on a day to day basis;
-Quickly establishing rapport and effectively communicating with customers;
-Providing high-quality service to customers via the telephone, email and letter;
-Capturing and analysing information accurately with a close attention to detail;
-Liaising with 3rd parties to obtain information;
-Meeting monthly work targets; and
-Ensuring you comply with Financial Conduct Authority rules & regulations at all times (this will be trained).
The ideal Mortgage Administrator:
In order to be successful for this role, you will need to be professional, motivated and enjoy working in a fun environment as part of a team with a huge desire to succeed. You will need to possess:
-Strong numerical, written & administration skills;
-Good computer skills, including entering data accurately;
-Excellent customer service skills;
-High level of attention to detail;
-The ability to manage & prioritise a busy workload efficiently; and
-The ability to explain complex information clearly & simply.
Benefits:
-A highly competitive salary of GBP20,000 - GBP30,000 (Depending on experience) and OTE GBP35,000 - GBP45,000 Uncapped
