Currently recruiting on behalf of an M&E Subcontractor for an Asta Planner to be based in Manchester. The project is a new build student accommodation in the heart of Manchester, but will be based in the Head Office which is in Warrington, and comprises 5 blocks with a value of GBP15M on the M&E package alone. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building the master M&E programme and updating the live programme over the course of the Project.
Candidate Requirements
Must have previously worked on Residential Projects in the past
Ideally come from an M&E Background
Must be proficient in Asta Powerproject
