Internal Recruitment Co-ordinator
Location: Alton, Hampshire
Salary: 25,000
Are you a quality focused recruitment professional looking to work in a fast paced and people focused environment?
This is an opportunity to work in-house where you will be responsible for the management and delivery of recruitment strategy. You should be passionate about recruitment with the ability to attract and engage talent.
Responsibilities:
Utilise a range of sourcing methods to attract candidates
Conduct telephone and face to face interviews
Identify areas of improvement within overall recruitment strategy
Work with Managers to identify improvements in recruitment processes
Lead on candidate sourcing projects
Project manage volume recruitment campaigns
Ongoing analysis of recruitment performance and suggest recommendations
Work closely with external agencies
Applicants should meet the following criteria
Prior recruitment experience whether in-house or agency
Experience sourcing and recruiting for office based roles (contact centre etc.)
Experience leading on volume based recruitment campaigns
