At our officein Chertsey we are currently looking for a fulltime:
Reverse Logistics Team Leader
Purpose:
Execute Reverse Flow logistic return processing and administrative tasks for UK operations for the UK and Ireland. Liaising with external and internal customers to ensure the Standard return policy is enforced and managed accordingly. Operational and customer Visits on and offsite required. Manage team performance in the absence of management in the Chertsey and 3PL admin offices.
Key activities:
• Managing Key administrative tasks
• Team performance management of 3
• High level business reporting
• Operational and customer visits [on and offsite]
• Management support
• Escalation point within the team
• External return portal management
• E-Commerce Return Management
• Resolving return related debit queries
• Resolving POD Queries
• Logistic Return Management for all warehouses
• On time IOD query Management
• Return Lead-time management
• Investigate on exceptions of the standard process and disturbance to prevent and solve issues
• Act as contact person for order desk, 3PL Logistics partners, Finance and Area Sales managers.
• Initiate process improvements and cost saving projects
Profile:

• SAP Knowledge preferable
• Attention to detail
• Able to work unsupervised
• Follow actions through and resolve any blocking issues
Supervisory experience
