Financial Solutions Officer
Leeds
GBP18,000 plus up to 15% annual bonus
25 days holiday and free parking

This fantastic Financial Solutions Officer may be perfect for you, your main aim would be to provide help and advice to customers who are in financial difficulty and need your assistance and support to move forward.
Please note: You must pass a Credit Check and a CRB check
You will be taking inbound calls and making outbound calls with customers and 3rd party organisations, you will also be in contact with them via email and post.
You will be providing guidance and support to customers to examine their income and expenditure, to assess affordability of the solution and sustainability.
You will assess the customer's financial assessment and use your decision making skills on whether to accept or decline their proposal. You will promote the most appropriate solution with features and benefits and advise of the process and guide the customer through their next steps.
As a successful Financial Solutions Officer you will ideally have experience with speaking with vulnerable customers or you must have customer service experience gained face to face or over the phone and have managed and resolved difficult situations, be empathetic, intuitive and have a level of emotional intelligence.
Working Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.45am - 5.15pm
Friday 8.45am - 4.45pm.
