Biomedical OR Medical Field Service Engineer - Northern Ireland- 24 -31K Basic, Pension, Bonus+ Car
You must have a minimum of ONC or HNC level or above in Electronics or another relevant technical discipline.
You will be based in the Northern Ireland
You will be working on a wide range of medical equipment. You will be responsible for Service, Repair and calibration
Experience of servicing laboratory and Medical equipment such incubators/freezers, fume hoods/safety cabinet, blood pressure monitors, defibrillators, vital signs monitors, ECG recorders, syringe drivers and ventilators .
You will have good communication skills.
You will help provide services for Acceptance Testing, Repairs and Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
You will have at least one years experience of repairing and maintaining medical equipment.
Key accountabilities
To ensure equipment is maintained correctly, ensuring patient safety
To ensure equipment is repaired correctly, on time, first time
Carry out repairs and planned preventative maintenance on equipment as required, in accordance with local policies and OEM
You must have good communication and customer care skills.
Full clean driving license
