Our client is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultants (or higher) with IT Industry experience. The ideal candidate will be a self motivated individual who enjoys the challenges presented by temp construction desk.
Our client is a large independent Recruitment Agency with offices nationwide. While looking for a Senior Recruitment Consultant they would also consider Team Leaders, Account Managers or Branch Managers and packages would adjust accordingly.
Experience of a IT Recruitment role is important to them and understanding the importance of both good candidate and client relationships.
Senior Recruitment Consultant (IT) Roles and Responsibilities :
-Sales new and established clients
-Developing new business relationships
-Attracting new candidates
-Networking
-Reference checking
-Using online job boards
-Matching Candidate skills and job requirements
-Ensuring legal compliance
-Ensuring profitability of desk
-Helping mentor junior consultants
-Helping Junior consultants learn ethical recruiting
-Designing strategy for their desk growth
*other responsibilities depend on seniority of Candidate
Ideal candidate will have:
- Approx. 5 years or more experience as a Recruitment Consultant
- Approx. 2 years or more of this within IT Recruitment
- Possess a strong sales ability
- Have an ethical approach to Recruitment
- The ability to train junior consultants
