Our client has over 16 years' experience supplying and installing high quality windows, doors and conservatories across the North of the UK. Due to continued expansion our client is now looking for an experienced Direct Sales Manager to join their expanding team. Realistic earning opportunities of circa 80-150k make this opportunity a very sought after position with a company that is growing and developing year on year.

Working across the region, the successful candidate will be in charge of developing sales direct to customers, while implementing and executing the business development strategy.

Role responsibility, but not limited to:-

??Recruitment and retention of sales consultants to specialise in both window and door sales and conservatories separately.

??Able to create self-generated appointments to boost lead generation alongside the company marketed appointments, and train staff to do so.

??Create and be confident with presentations and training on direct sales procedure and compliance

??To show leadership through in field support to sales consultants.

??Ensure that you have sufficient product knowledge - ongoing self-learning and product training is expected.

??Contribute to the marketing activities of the company, which could include seminars, exhibitions, presentations and demonstrations.

??Feedback experience and knowledge that could contribute to the future success of the company.
