Do you have an excellent telephone manner, are a customer service professional that is looking for the flexibility of part time hours? Our client urgently requires a part time Customer Engagement Advisor join their team and hit the ground running.
Working to 32 hours (very flexible to accommodate the right applicants) a week to be worked between core hours of Monday to Friday 9.30am and 5.30pm; as their Customer Engagement Advisor to undergo customer engagement activities and record information gained. This will include undertaking surveys using different contact methods with customers on a variety of issues for their market research.
The successful applicant till have an excellent telephone manner, be confident with data inputting and is friendly, approachable and has some flexibility with the hours they are available.
