Account Manager (rolling stock)
Responsible for the management of a number of customer accounts. Establishing and developing new long-term relationships, whilst also servicing and developing existing accounts. To be the link between the customer and the company anticipating and understanding the customers needs and offering solutions. To work with Managers and Directors across the business to ensure those needs are met and that the customer receives excellent customer care and service. To create credibility, build strong lasting customer relationships and earn the customers trust. To contribute to the annual Business Development Plan and its key objectives which contributes to the overall Company Strategic Plan
