Residential Conveyancer

I am currently recruiting for a top 200 independent law firm with 250 experts operating from five offices. The firm is currently looking for a Residential Conveyancer to join their team based in Northampton.
With success, the Residential Conveyancer will be provided with an assistant ready to help with what is needed. The conveyancer must have experience in Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchases and ideally New build. They will also be able to handle a variety of matters to include sales, purchases, remortgage and transfer of equity matters. This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is seeking a rewarding career as a Residential Conveyancer within this sector.
Required Skills & Experience:
• Must have experience in Freehold, Leasehold, Sales and Purchases and ideally New build
• Good interpersonal and client skills
• Knowledge and understanding of all parts of the Conveyancing process
• Must have experience of managing a high volume caseload from file opening through to completion
• Excellent file management and drafting skills are essential
