Associate Town Planner - Cardiff
GBP35,000 - GBP45,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a dynamic Associate Town Planner to join an award winning, thriving consultancy based in their Cardiff office.
The successful Associate Town Planner will join a highly established team and deliver on a diverse range of Planning services in the Leisure, Education, Commercial, Residential, Energy and Agriculture sectors.
Company services and specific duties will include:
* Planning Appeals
* Development appraisals
* Pre-application advice
* Liaising with clients on Enforcement matters
* Land Promotion or EIA's
* Collaboration with Private and Public sector clients
* Negotiations with the LA
In order to be considered the successful Associate Town Planner must have:
* At least 7 years' post graduation experience
* A relevant RTPI accredited degree and/or Masters
* Full UK driving licence
* Excellent communication and rapport building skills
