Assistant Project Manager required to work for a multi discipline Property consultancy based in Leicester.
My client is a diverse and expanding consultancy who operate right across the UK with experience in new build and refurbishment projects across a range of sectors including Residential, Commercial, Health, Education, Retail and Leisure working with both public and private sector clients. They work on a diverse range of projects with some of the UK flagship clients and have exciting expansion plans.
On the back of their recent expansion they are now looking to recruit a Project Manager for their Leicester office to get involved in exciting projects ranging in value from GBP1-20 million. The Project Manager should be degree qualified and have some consultancy Project Management experience although main contracting experience will also be considered. This opportunity would suit an Assistant Project Manager looking for progression opportunities and the chance to join a dynamic consultancy which is currently going from strength to strength. They are also interested in talking to Quantity Surveyors or Building Surveyors looking for that route into Project Management.
The successful Project Manager will be given genuine opportunities to develop especially as they are currently expanding. My client is also offering a generous salary plus benefits package and looking to appoint the right person immediately.
