Job Description

Our client are looking for a customer service administrator to join their small team in Lutterworth, this is a temporary role with the potential for an ongoing position for the right candidate.

Duties will include..

* To manage your own customer portfolio
* Enter customer orders and schedules onto ERP system - SAP
* Be proactive to ensure customers receive their parts on time
* Liaise with external sales team on customer projects
* Meet monthly targets
* Prepare reports on customer activity and investigate errors and omissions
* Raise customer quotes via CRM and email
* Assist in other areas of the business as necessary
* Have regular contact with customers
* Cover colleagues when absent

Hours

08:30 - 17:00pm Monday - Thursday

08:00 - 14:00pm Fridays

Rate of Pay

GBP8.50+ per hour

* Work well under pressure
* SAP/CRM would be a large advantage.
* Team skills, flexible approach

* Be able to prioritise workload

* May involve some foreign travel for training/meetings
