PA/EA , Local to Hilsea, Cosham , Portsmouth -25K .
My client is seeking a PA/EA to support their global team of project managers to ensure seamless membership planning ,event management ,meeting planning ,database maintenance and a wide range of other administrative activities.
Other duties include managing logistics and printing requirements, booking travel and hotels, prepare seminar member ship packs ,maintain, update and communicate an up to date calendar of events internet ,email and outlook etc as well as coordinate the bi-monthly scientific discussions and invite all members to submit questions and track invitee's .
The right candidate for this role MUST have 5-8 year's experience in an EA /PA role with strong administrative and organisational skills.another MUST have would be an excellent understanding of Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook with experience of web based tools such as CRM .
The successful candidate will be highly organised with an acute attention to detail and able to communicate well at all levels .
