An great opportunity has arisen at a premium food business in the Norfolk area as an HR Business Partner.
This HR Business Partner position will form part of a small HR team in a fast-paced food manufacturing business in Norfolk. The company has an excellent reputation for the highest quality products in its market and has recently added new lines to its offering, expanding its reach. There are exciting plans to expand internationally capitalising on their strong brand name and existing presence in Europe. As an HR Business Partner at the manufacturing site you will be responsible for a range of generalist HR duties including recruitment, employee relations and engagement, absence and retention.
This is a role which requires more than the normal transactional HR duties; rather than be reactive we are looking for someone who can fit into the business quickly and add to the team with new, forward-thinking ideas. You will work closely with the Head of HR, providing management reports for senior leadership meetings and contribute to other ad hoc projects.
The background we are looking for is ideally from a manufacturing/ FMCG background so that you understand the pace of the business with understanding of employment law and Level 7 CIPD.
