Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for Claim Handlers on a 7 month contract to start ASAP for our client based in Redhill.
You will be working 8 hour shifts starting as early as 7.00am and finishing as late as 8.00pm, 5 days per week, on an pro rata salary of GBP20,988 which includes a shift allowance.
As a Claim Handler your role will be to distribute a variety of emergency assistance claims to the clients external network partners. You will manage the claim, making sure that all parties are appraised of the situation until the work is completed whilst providing excellent customer service to all clients and partners.
You will receive full training on in-house systems and all relevant insurance knowledge to help support you with this position.
Beneficial skills for this role would be to posses knowledge of the domestic maintenance, have previous experience of a call centre environment/telephone based work with previous domestic maintenance experience and good geographical knowledge of the UK.
Benefits upon successful completion of probationary period include life assurance, pension plan, travel insurance and healthcare benefits.
Telephone interviews will take place immediately and the successful candidates will then progress onto assessments.
