QA Manager
Dynamic and experienced QA Manager is needed for this BRC Grade A accredited Food Ingredients company who produce a broad variety of fruit based sauces and fillings.
Our client has a 50,000 square feet factory accredited in BRC 7 Grade A and they are looking for a QA Manager with a proven track record and who can grow with this business which is targeting 40% growth over the next 12 months with a new production facility that has just come online
The QA Manager will have responsibility for managing the QA department and help champion, support and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
Key Duties will include:
??Manage the QA department and help champion, support and lead quality improvement initiatives, ensuring that the processes needed for the Quality Management System are established, implemented and maintained.
??Validation of Quality Processes and establishing Product Specifications and all other documentation.
??Development of QA plans including HACCP, GMP etc.
??Involvement with specialist projects to improve quality and reduce costs.
??Auditing of factory operations and managing highlighted QA issues within the business operation.
??Management, training and development of the QA team.
