OVERVIEW
• Permanent position.
• GBP8.41 PH + GBP2.06 shift allowance.
• Based in the Doncaster DN12 area.

This long-established company based in Doncaster provide a full range of plastic drainage products. With a workforce of almost 3,000 people, they have developed a deep understanding of the Residential, Commercial and Civils and Infrastructure market sectors. WORKING HOURS
40 hrs per week, Monday - Friday, operating on a 2-shift rotating system:
• Days: 06:00-14:00
• Afternoons: 14:00-22:00
THE JOB
• Supervising and promoting a team based culture.
• Identify areas where new training / skills is needed for the team.
• Deliver and support with training and development and update team performance
• Communicates company goals, safety practices and deadlines to team.
• Co-ordinate activities to achieve the departments goals through focusing on
• continuous improvement including H&S, recycling and environmental.
• H & S - to train the team in safe working procedures and maintain high standards
• of housekeeping.
• Liaise effectively before making decisions which affect the overall operation of the
• team.
• Conducts team meetings / briefs to update on best practices and continuing
• expectation's.
THE PERSON
• People skills and attention to detail is paramount.
• Excellent communications skills with the ability to interact effectively.
• Maintaining a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Computer literate would be beneficial.
• Must have the ability to use own initiative with good organisational skills.
• High level of process adherence and accuracy in following safe systems of work
• Positive work ethic, reliable, honest and committed.
• Able to work under pressure and take ownership of processes and responsibility for
• own workload.
• Must have a valid FLT license.
