We have a fantastic opportunity for you to be part of a growing team within one of the leading building societies in the world.
Our client Nationwide is looking to develop and expand customer service teams based in Sheffield to provide customers with a first class and exceptional customer service experience. With this in mind, we are looking for confident, outgoing candidates who are able to work well under pressure. With an element of product promotion involved, a great attitude and self motivation are also key to being successful in this role.
The Role
* To ensure that every customer interaction has a positive outcome and the needs of customers have been fully met.
* Planning and organising caseloads.
* Building positive relationships with customers, brokers and external parties
* Proactively using own initiative to complete and follow up requirements
* General administration and data input
Skills/Experience Needed
* Previous experience (advantageous)
* Self motivation, bright and bubbly personality
* Confident and professional customer service skills
* Confident team player
* Strong communication and listening skills
* Organisation and prioritising case loads
Good PC skills are essential, customer service, keyboard skills, excellent telephone manner and confidence on the phone.
Wage Structure
* The starting wage is GBP8.45 per hour
Further Information
* All applicants must be flexible between Monday to Sunday, 4pm till 8pm.
* Full training provided - No time to be taken off during this period.
You will be required to pass a credit check, a criminal records check and have the past 2 years worth of employment references.
