We are recruiting for our client for a part time customer service co ordinator.
To support their expanding team in Sheffield, managing the supply team of a leading Food retailer
The Role:
Ensuring all service and support calls are possessed correctly and in a timley fashion in line with SLA guidelines.
Maintain Excel spreadsheets and database systems.
generate orders using a warehouse management system
manage and update KPI reports
assisting and supporting suppliers, stores and clients on a daily basis
creating reports as required
To report unknown and event driven issues
to resolve all queries promptly achieving the best possible solution
Assist with general administration duties and support the customer service team leader
skills and experience required
Excellent interpersonal skills
IT literate
Strong Administration and organization skills
professional and well presented
strong work ethic
able to work on your own initiative or as part of a team
ability to problem solve and multi task
flexible adaptable and efficient approach enthusiastic positive and friendly
Salary is candidate led starting at GBP8.50 per hour. workng a part time basis 2 days a week on a three month contract initially
