Customer Advisor - Dental
GBP17,000
Winchester
We have permanent and 6 month fixed term contract opportunities available at Simplyhealth Professionals for Customer Advisors to join our Dental team based in our Winchester office.
The role
As a Customer Advisor you'll work as part of a large team that deliver first class, professional customer service over the phone to ensure that our dental customers enquiries, payments and complaints are resolved at the first point of contact.
You'll have team coaches on hand to support in your development and confidence in the role and you'll use these skills to advise on the best product to fit each callers need and retain them as a Simplyhealth Professionals Customer.
We work Monday to Thursday 9am to 5:30pm and 9am to 4:30pm on Fridays.
You
To be considered for this role you'll have:
•Previous customer service experience
•GCSE's at C or above in English and Maths
•Great communication skills both written and verbally
•Quick and accurate keyboard skills
