Customer Service Advisor - Borehamwood - Up to GBP18,500
Our Client are trusted specialists in what they do across a wide range of customer and industry sectors, and arelooking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to join their ever expanding team.
The Role
• Working in a friendly Call Centre
• Taking inbound Customer calls
• Collate and record accurate information on all internal systems
• To deal with urgent client queries and complaints
• Maintaining own admin duties and ad-hoc admin duties for managers
The Candidate
• Excellent Customer Service skills
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Excellent knowledge of Excel, Word and Outlook
• Excellent attention to detail
• Great organisation skills with the ability to prioritise
Weekly Shift Patterns (Monday - Friday)
7.30am - 4.30pm
8.30am - 5.30pm
9.30am - 6.30pm
