Job Title: Principal Consultant - Planning ( RTPI )
Location: London
Salary: GBP48K - GBP55K + Benefits
My client is a global consultancy that spans four continents who are currently seeking Planning professionals with expertise within the Built Environment sector.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. You will have the opportunity to drive the company's Built Environment Planning business unit.
2. You will be a work winner in your own right, with the ability to develop new and existing client opportunities and relationships.
3. You will play a key role in evolving the wider planning team by developing and monitoring junior planning staff.
4. You will provide exceptional advice on a range of planning topics to a variety of clients.
5. You will have a fantastic working knowledge of all local planning legislations and a strong background in the delivery of projects.
6. We undertake planning and environmental services across a wide range of sectors.
7. Highly experienced in providing the lead advice in client meetings and presentations, and play an important part in business development
Person Specification:
1. Demonstrable consultancy based Planning experience focusing on the Built Environment sector, and excellent knowledge of local planning legislation
2. Business development, team management/growth and project delivery expertise gained within Planning Consultancy
3. Relevant RTPI accredited degree and full RTPI membership
4. Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. You will have a strong track record of project management.
