JMC Recruitment are working with a leading Line Maintenance supplier to find a Compliance Surveyor for their operations in Luton.
The role of Compliance Surveyor is pivotal to the company maintaining aviation compliance with engineering approvals, staff approvals and audit programs.
As Compliance Surveyor you will be expected to meet all requirements in respect to aviation compliance including:
*
Internal and External Audit programs - planned and unplanned
*
Company approvals
*
Safety management
*
Investigations of incidents of non-compliance and quality issues
*
Continuation training
Reporting to the Senior Compliance Surveyors and the Head of Compliance and Safety, you will have a solid quality background within the Aviation Industry and an understanding of EASA Parts 147, 145, 66 and 21J. You will need to have a detail-orientated and investigative mind, with the drive to see the resolution of quality and non-compliance issues to completion.
To be considered for this role you will also need:

A higher education diploma or certificate in aviation or quality
*
Quality Surveyor training
*
At least 5 years' experience within an aviation compliance department
*
High attention to detail and tenacity to see a project through to the end
*
Good people skills and the ability to motivate and lead.
