Role: Part-Time Service Support Specialist
Salary: GBP14-GBP16K pro-rata
Hours: Part time - 3 days per week, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm
Location: Barnsley
Our client are a technology leader in the manufacture and design of their products.
The role:
You will be responsible for stock management helping to meet service delivery targets.
?? Creating stock orders from head office
?? Managing incoming stock
?? Monitoring stock levels & expiry dates
?? Undertaking regular stock take
?? Returning items to headquarters
?? Managing products out on loan to clinics
?? Updating in house systems relating to complaints
?? Managing specialist stock & reporting to head office
?? Arranging collections & overseas deliveries
?? Regular reporting on stock levels & service delivery
?? Month end support for our accountant
?? Dealing with incoming enquiries via phone & e-mail
The successful candidate:
You will be able to work as part of a team and deliver a high level of service to all internal and external customers. Stock management experience is preferred.
You will be:
?? Highly organised
?? IT literate
?? An excellent communicator
?? Self motivated
?? Proactive
?? A great team player
