FINTEC recruit is seeking an IT Support Analyst. This is permanent work based in Manchester. Salary is £24,000 to £27,000 depending on experience. Providing onsite and remote support. You will have experience up to 2nd line support level with experience using MS operating systems etc.
Responsibilities of the IT Support Analyst position:-
- To work with external vendors to support and implement applications
- Providing Technical support in development of projects
- Good organiser and excellent communication skills responsible for organising own workload and meeting deadlines
Skills and Experience required:-
- MS operating systems - Windows 8.1 and Server 2008/2012 R2
- Microsoft Productivity Suites (Office 365)
- Experience of Active Directory and Group Policy Management
- Networking (Fortigate Firewalls/ Cisco Switches (WLAN)/ HP Procurve Switches)
- Virtualisation Technologies and IP Telephony (Mitel, Horizon)
Desirable experience:
Linux Desktops & Servers (Debian), Cisco Meraki MDM,Backup Technologies (Veeam), Mobile devices (Apple)
