Add Resource and Labour – Chippenham, Wiltshire
£18,000 - £20,000 Base (depending on experience) + circa £3K tips
Monday to Friday (to include weekends)
Onsite Accommodation + 25 days holiday + Bank holidays + Pension + Life Assurance

The role….
1) Preparing, cooking and presenting dishes
2) Helping other sous chefs and the head chef to develop new dishes and menus
3) Monitoring portion and waste control to maintain profit margins
