The Role

This role requires you to be a motivated and self-driven person, to effectively promote our Apprenticeship offer, working with our Levy clients to recruit learners onto Apprenticeship programmes. To engage with Employers and key stakeholders to ensure the effective marketing of and recruitment to the provision. Individuals with recruitment in the construction industry, account management or employer engagement background would be ideal for this role.

You will lead on activity that engages with potential learners across the region, to source talent for our Apprenticeship Levy clients. You will complete effective pre-screening of candidates and will support the selection processes and the successful transition of learners into employment/Apprenticeships with our Apprenticeship Levy clients.

It is essential that you have:

Excellent communication at all levels
You are self-motivated
Substantial customer service skills
Experience of working within recruitment

The ideal candidate will be adaptable and able to work under pressure, assertive and be a great communicator with people at all levels both verbally and written. You will be able to identify and solve problems and prioritise own workload, have great attention to detail and able to multitask.

As an essential car user, you must hold a full UK driving licence, be a confident and able driver, have access to your own vehicle and have the right to live and work in the UK.

??????????????????Key Responsibilities and Duties ??????

Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our Levy clients
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with external organisations
Working closely and effectively with our inhouse Recruitment Team
Management of the employer's microsite for recruitment, working alongside Learning Curve Groups Marketing Team
Effective pre-screening of candidates utilising technology such as Skype as well as face to face
Interviewing potential learners and providing them with accurate information, advice and guidance along with keeping records of all the above activities
Carrying out initial assessment activities, identify individual learner support requirements and communicate to the relevant colleagues
To identify and engage in communication with local employment partnership groups to promote our services and identify opportunities
Responding to client enquiries and providing support to their requirements
Attending promotions days at clients premises and at external sites when required and promoting the company's services to potential customers/students
Attending careers events to promote Learning Curve Group
Successful engagement with Learning Curve Group Skills Centres and levy client to encourage traineeships, work experience etc.
Accurately and timely completion of all recruitment documentation
Effectively communicating with other staff members about day to day activities
Conduct your role in line with the company value and expected behaviours

Comply with the Safeguarding, Prevent and Health and Safety Policies and to be vigilant to potential concerns and risks
Frequent travel to client sites
Ensure confidentially and professionalism always
