Customer Adviser, Office support vacancy Harlow

We are recruiting for a well-established client of ours based in Harlow.

Working days:
Monday to Friday 8.30 - 5.00 pm. based on 37.5 hours per week

This is such a lovely position that has come available The position is based within an office environment however some duties in the Warehouse as the position also includes dispatch samples and catalogues for your customers request.

The main purpose of the role is to support the departments and Customer service. The position involves speaking with customers over the telephone and delivering great customer service to any queries they may have and any customer service complaints
Pop into the warehouse to dispatch catalogue & Sample requests (An amount of physical work is required (lifting). although not too heavy, very light work

Cover reception desk and support other areas in the departments.
Some other responsibilities:
• Update database
• Provide support to other departments when necessary.
• Operate the Company's switchboard
• Reception - Provide a professional welcome to customers, suppliers and visitors,
• Carry out small mail shots
• Create sample packs and welcome packs.
• Database tidy for duplications and errors
• Process adhoc orders.
• Cover for other departments where necessary.

We are ideally looking for candidates with

o A good level of telephone & reception skills.
• Competent at using email
• A strong sense of customer focus
• A good team player as well as being able to work alone.
• Confidence to approach a variety of people to make enquiries via face-to-face, telephone & email
• Develop good working relationships with colleagues

Qualifications
• GCSE (or equivalent) English and Maths
