We currently have exciting opportunities for Advocates in Elgin-
The successful applicant will be either an experienced Advocate already or be a recent psychology graduate (or similar) who is keen to launch a career in making a difference to individuals daily lives.
It is imperative that you are an excellent communicator who enjoys researching and sourcing information from a variety of sources. You will be incredibly organised on all levels and possess a naturally assertive flare as well as the confidence to work independently. Ultimately you must want to go the extra mile to really make a difference for somebody through listening and understanding!
Circles Network is a UK wide organisation renowned for building inclusive communities on the foundations of justice, advocacy, empowerment and friendships so to support individuals who may be unable to support themselves or have no one independent to support them.
Working with people of any age who are isolated or at risk of isolation, this organisation has ground breaking expertise in the development of Circles of Support; Independent and Collective Advocacy; Person Centred Planning and Inclusion into the mainstream of life. Working in highly creative, entrepreneurial styles, they are dynamic and ever more determined to dream, dare and do.
If you are keen to develop in an advocacy role or you don't have experience but have a solid educational background to support this then we are keen to hear from you.
