Contracts Manager with JCT contract knowledge and related construction experience

The Role

As Contracts Manager, you will liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, QS's, architects, designers and clients to deliver JCT contracts to schedule, budget and quality. Excellent technical knowledge is required (particularly in retail and leisure sectors) including:

• contract / commercial / project management
• subcontractor / supplier / architect liaison
• site visits to ensure smooth running of projects
• ensure commercial, financial budgets are adhered to
• supply of site materials, equipment and labour needs
• supporting management team to deliver customer satisfaction

The Company

Our client is a nationwide contracting and support services business to a wide range of major companies throughout the UK.

The Person

As Contracts Manager, you will have current knowledge of JCT contracts, an in-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles and the ability to liaise effectively with subcontractors, quantity surveyors, architects and clients alike.
