The Opportunity
To manage our RF components supply chain performance, covering all aspects of the product life cycle
The Role
- Analyse the Industrial risks and perform the capability/capacity evaluations of the new suppliers
- Implement and maintain the Improvement plan (CSIP) to improve weakness and mitigate risks
- Ensure the adequacy and capacity of the Supplier industrial process and tools all along the product life cycle (Design change, process change, production transfer???)
- Ensure adequateness of supplier delivery plan against projects needs, reporting deliveries status to stakeholders and identifying in advance possible risks and mitigation plan
- Analyze the non-conformances and late deliveries and identify the root causes. Perform Supplier or internal audit when required (with support of Quality reference)
- Monitor and Analyse the Suppliers KPIs (On Time and On Quality) in coordination with the RF buyer
- Manage the Improvement plan with stakeholders and the supplier, and manage the progress of the actions
- Take part to the Supplier Operational meeting
- Take part in the MFT and in the supplier reviews (business, performance, risks).
- Propose the Supplier performance requirements in the contracts and contribute to the contract review
- Report to the Category Manager for RF components in an international frame
- Acquire and maintain depth knowledge of the assigned supply chain
- Ensure that a robust Industrial line is maintained and manage Industrial Performance in coordination with buyer and Category Manager
- Ensure On Time and On Quality performance goal by proper improvement opportunity identification and mitigation activities for Supply Chain if needed.
