Responsibilities:

Meeting room preparation
Covering reception, answering phone calls, answering queries, and taking messages
Distribution of incoming mail
Accurate data input for the Finance team
Routine administration tasks including drafting letters, and fees
Photocopying, scanning and printing documents
General office housekeeping duties
Ordering stationery and franking mail for collection

Requirement and Attributes:

A high level of numeracy and good attention to detail.
High level of time management and personal organisation.
Excel, PowerPoint, word, & Microsoft project skills.
Data analysis skills.
Good team player
