Credit Controllers

Due to ongoing developments within the business, our client, an international organisation with a locally based accounts function, has an immediate requirement for 2 experienced credit controllers to join their team on 12 month fixed term contracts. Although the roles are contracts in the first instance it is highly likely that they will become permanent.

This is a great opportunity to join a really friendly, down to earth and professional team and work within a busy, fast paced environment where personal development is actively encouraged.

Duties to include:

* Proactively chasing outstanding payments by telephone, letter and email
* Negotiating payment terms
* Posting and allocating cash
* Identifying and proactively resolving issues on accounts
* Processing new accounts and setting / reviewing credit limits for new and existing business
* Reviewing and releasing orders as necessary
* Producing reports

To fit in you must be proactive and a natural problem solver who is capable of taking ownership and responsibility for your own actions and behaviour whilst working in harmony with their existing team.

It is essential that you have proven credit control experience, whether it has been gained as part of an all-round accounts role, working purely as a credit controller or within a debt collection role. Excel skills are also a must.

Additional key words: credit control, credit controller, accounts assistant, debt collection, AAT, ICM.
