Assistant Paraplanner
Full Time - Permanent

Our client is a successful Financial Services company located near Uckfield. They are currently looking to recruit an Financial Administrator for a full time position, commencing in September 2017. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well established team in a picturesque location.
The Role:
- You will be key support for the Paraplanner, helping to prepare applications for financial products, drafting letters and keying information in to the clients CRM system.
- You will answer phones and help clients with their queries, taking actions which could include preparing reports on financial planning matters.
- You will also be responsible for preparing packs for client meetings including investment evaluations.
About You:
- You must have a finance, banking or insurance background with knowledge of investments and life products.
- You will also be willing to learn more complex financial products.
- You will be a strong organiser with excellent attention to detail, highly numerate and familiar with operating and creating spreadsheets.
- You will ideally have attained the diploma or Regulated Diploma in financial planning or any other related qualifications would be advantageous.
- You will be a team player with a willingness and aptitude to learn and support the Paraplanner as and when required.
