One of the UK's largest and foremost law firms is currently looking to recruit a Paralegal / Fee Earner with RTA experience at their Sheffield office. You would play an important role as part of a venture launched alongside esure in 2014, dedicated to providing specialised support to policyholders who have suffered injury in a motor accident.

The Role
As a motor personal injury claims specialist you will handle cases that have been sent by esure for recovery of their policyholder's losses and injury arising from road traffic accidents. The role will involve…
o Ownership of a caseload of personal injury claims from retention to settlement
o Processing and assessing new instructions
o Dealing with inbound and outbound enquiries, both written correspondence and by telephone
o Evidencing and valuing claims
o Maintaining and developing relationships with clients
o Negotiating with Defendants
o Preparing court documents and dealing with all aspects of the litigation process

The Candidate
The role will suit a degree-educated or professionally qualified individual with experience handling MOJ cases in previous roles. You must be able to demonstrate the ability to manage numerous cases at any one time, and work with minimal supervision.

You will be a confident, self-motivated and well organised individual, able to multitask and prioritise a workload effectively, with strong communication skills plus excellent attention to detail. You will be working in a team environment and should therefore enjoy working with others and be prepared to play a full part in contributing towards the success of the team.
