I am actively looking for an outstanding Recruitment Branch Operations Manager to be the driving force of our business moving forward based in Mid Kent Location.
Your Role would involve:
As an experienced billing-Manager, you will be responsible for both building a profitable desk of your own and supporting the branch and its recruitment consultants. You will be required to manage the following:
-Leading the team from the front, building a high-billing desk of your own whilst ensuring that your team exceed their targets as a branch.
-You must be able to demonstrate your ability to grow and develop a successful recruitment desk/ branch identifying new prospects and generate business for all sectors within the branch
-Demonstrate proven success at both new business sales, account & consultant development with proven background in successfully recruiting for the Driving/Industrial and Produce sectors.
-You will have a track record of working effectively in supplying staff into local contracts
-Managing branch staff achievement of their targets, working towards defined profit targets and activity KPI's
-Encouraging staff training and development, including managing each staff member's Monthly Performance Review, developing their Personal Development Plan and supporting staff to work towards goals achievement.
-Be a strong team player, with a positive and committed work ethicBe able to demonstrate a stable career path and provide excellent references

Ideally you will be an experienced recruitment professional with will excellent management and leadership skills and be used to working in a target driven environment.
