We are currently looking for a number of Customer Service Executives to join our well-established and dynamic growing company in the Alton, Hampshire area.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handling customer calls, ensuring relevant productivity and quality measures are achieved for customers in line with specified processes and procedures
- Dealing with customer orders via phone, email, social media or post
- Dealing with customer queries related to cashback claims
- Maintaining customer satisfaction at all times
- Providing administrative support

Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous customer service/administrative experience
- Excellent verbal and written English language skills
- Ability to work well on own initiative and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritise tasks well and manage workload effectively
- A confident and professional telephone manner
- Good working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

The working hours are 9:00-17:00 Monday-Friday. The applicants must be flexible regarding working hours as the role may include working extended hours during peak periods.

The pay rate is GBP9/hour.
