Our client, a well-established Financial Services company in Bracknell are looking for an experienced Administrator to join their team.
You will provide cover/assistance for the administrators and Consultants (who undertake a mixture of administration and paraplanner duties)
General office duties including:
• Opening/distributing Post
• Updating Fact Finds
• Actioning LOAs/Attitude to Risk Questionnaires
• Updating stationery within office and platform documentation
• Updating Model Portfolio KIIDs
• Sending out Questionnaires
• Top-up processing through from inputting on platform to sending out Suitability Letter and entering on Adviser Office
• Processing Group documentation/e-mails
• Standard letters - issue of Letters of Authority, policy information requests
• Answering telephone and directing calls
• Calling providers to chase outstanding information
• Filing/Archiving Files
• Meeting and greeting clients

Skills required:
Financial Services/Accountancy knowledge
Must have experience within Pensions and / or Investments
Pro active
Highly organised, with good attention to detail
Good telephone manner
Works well under pressure

Interviewees to take aptitude tests - arithmetic, spelling, verbal reasoning, data checking and letter writing.
