5-Axis CNC Machine Operator
Location: Tonbridge, Kent
Salary: GBP11-GBP17/hr
Contract: Full time, Permanent
Due to continued growth and expansion my client is currently looking for an experienced 5 Axis Machine Operator to run their recently acquired Dugard HSM 600 - High Speed axis VMC, becoming a part of this professional, safety conscious organisation.
About the Role - 5-Axis CNC Machine Operator
• The successful candidate will primarily engage in programming and operating the 5-Axis CNC Machine.
• You should be confident and comfortable using the machine based on your experiences using the same machine or a similar model.
Required Skills/Experience:
• The candidate must have 5 axis machining experience and knowledge of Heidenhain controllers.
• The candidate would ideally also have experience of the Inventor CAM software package.
The successful candidate must have the following abilities:
• Design and model of fixtures
• Set and operate CNC 5 Axis machinery
• Produce small, complex batches of components to high quality standards
• Read and work from engineering drawings

My client specialises in the manufacture of bespoke magnetic shielding for use in a large variety of sectors. Based in Kent, England, their manufacturing facility is fully equipped with the latest technology to provide their customers with the highest level of service and quality. All of our manufacturing processes, including heat treatment, are integrated in our production plant.
