Head Of Finance - Godalming
The Head of Finance is responsible to the Chief Operating Officer for the day to day accounting and financial management and my clients subsidiaries. You will be responsible for budgeting, reporting on the financial management of the company.
To provide deliver effective management and controls over the companies financial services, ensuring timely and effective planning, monitoring and delivery of financial services, systems, processes, policies and administration of the finance function.
Knowledge and Experience:
Senior Financial Management Experience
Experience of Charity Commission, FSA regulations and company law.
A knowledge of business operations processes, preferably in a voluntary sector.
Payroll, PAYE,NIC, VAT,DD. All banking processes.
Annual accounts & business analysis experience.
Strong commercial awareness of fundraising legislation.
Advanced MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook competence.
You will need to have a genuine empathy and compassion for animals and commitment to the objectives and purpose of the company. You will be working for an organisation working to stop animals being persecuted, abused. The company work to change attitudes and behaviour through education, fact-based videos and public events.
