We are on the lookout for a Service Executive for a market leading pensions provider based in the centre of Salisbury. This is a challenging and varied role which provides the opportunity to build upon your current pensions knowledge.

You'll be building and maintain relationships with IFAs, clients and other third parties whilst working as part of a team and reporting to a Team Leader, you will utilise your current pensions and investments administration knowledge and act as a designated point of contact for a portfolio of IFAs.

You'll be responsible for the day to day processing of:

New Business Applications including vetting and AML
Setup Direct Debits / Standing Order's
Ad-hoc contributions
Cash transfer in
Respond to customer questions (via phone, web chat or email) and solve problems according to stated procedures whilst maintaining a courteous manner
Explains products, services and related charges clearly and concisely
To provide exceptional customer service, taking ownership of issues and escalating when appropriate
Working within the defined company and regulatory policies and procedures as well as the Risk and Governance framework

Knowledge of the SIPP, Pension and Financial Services market
An understanding of financial products or pensions to IAQ or equivalent standard
Proven Customer Service skills
Competent knowledge in the Transfers, Benefits and Trading Processes
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Attention to detail
Good numerical skills
A flexible attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
A team player but able to work independently using your initiative
Good analytical and problem solving skills
Excellent time management and the ability to work to deadlines
Computer literate, good Microsoft Office knowledge
Principles of Treating Customers Fairly (TCF)
Essential qualifications:

IOC 1, 2 & 3 or equivalent
CRM skills training
