Hours 8:30am – 5:00pm
An effective and proactive Credit Controller required to control and manage all areas in an effective and efficient manner.
Role profile:
- To provide a professional and business like service to all customers
- To efficiently deal with credit control tasks
- Mainly chasing payments on the telephone
- Liaise with other depots and departments relating to customer relations/service requirements
Person profile:
- Confident person with excellent customer facing skills
- Excellent telephone manner
- Highly organised with a natural ability and a desire for problem solving
Essential criteria:
- Excellent numeracy, written and oral communication skills
- Good knowledge of ICT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and email
- Experience in a Credit Control environment
Desired criteria:
- Own transport and JD Edwards knowledge
