The development of the credit control team is continuing and they are in need of another Credit Control Supervisor to implement and improve processes to support and grow the team and company.
Ideally you will be qualified or studying ICM ( Chartered Institute of Credit Management ) and your main responsibilities as the Credit Control Supervisor will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting and developing the credit team.
- Investigating and improving processes.
- Liaising with all departments.
- Monitoring compliance, credit policies and processes.
- Building and maintaining stakeholder relationships.
- Producing and analysing reports, challenging when needed.
