An exciting new opportunity has arisen with a key client for a Sales/Customer Service Executive based in Banbury. You might be an experienced Insurance Executive seeking a move or a recent graduate seeking a career within the Insurance Industry or you may have a solid background in Sales and Customer Service and be looking for a new direction - whichever it is, you must have some experience within Sales/Customer service and be highly focussed on a career within the Insurance sector.
Trainee candidates with no experience or University Degree can be trained via Home Study course with 3 modules with an assigned Trainer.
The expectation of the role is to exceed client expectations in the delivery of services, in nothing other than a positive, 'cando' manner, so that the client is delighted not only with what you have done, but the way in which you have done it. You will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, combined with the ability to learn quickly, organise yourself efficiently, think imaginatively and work well under pressure at all times.
As a Trainee candidate you can expect a starting salary of GBP19k - GBP20k and as an experienced candidates GBP24k - GBP25k. You will need your own car and a full clean licence. Benefits include flat rate insurance, pension scheme and regular salary reviews 1/2 yearly and yearly.
House are 8.30am -5.00pm Monday to Friday with alternative Saturdays 8.30am - 12.00pm.
