This company is the largest supplier to the UK's jewellery industry, offering customers over 16,000 products in various precious metals including silver, gold, palladium and platinum.

They require an HR Advisor to join their existing HR Team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who likes to get involved in all aspects of HR.

You will provide assistance to the HR Manager to ensure the HR office is run efficiently at all times. A truly generalist role, duties will include:

- Assisting with all stages of the recruitment and selection process.
- Developing training plans to upskill and develop the current workforce.
- Deputising for the HR Manager as required.
- Supporting and advising managers on all relations and performance issues.
- Managing and reviewing the company's policies and procedures and updating them as required.
- Managing sickness and absence for the business.
- Assisting with the monthly payroll entry and audit.

The successful candidate will have:
- Previous experience in a HR Advisor role.
- CIPD Level 7 qualified.
- Experienced working within a fast-paced environment.
- Be able to successfully build relationships with different stakeholders in the business.
- Able to offer ideas to the business in order to improve the HR function and company policies and procedures.
- An understanding of payroll would be an advantage.

Hours of work:
Total 37.5 hours per week, working a pattern of Monday - Thursday 08.30-16.45, Friday 08.30 - 15.30 with a 30 minute lunch break each day.
