The Projects Manager position here at this company is one of the most senior positions available, it is a position base on sites throughout the UK. As you can expect with such position a huge responsibility and experience will be required.
The job role requires the employee to manage larger and smaller projects throughout the UK and therefore nights away will be required.
The job role/responsibilities will include:
- ToolBox Talks
- Visiting Potential New Sites
- Monitoring Performance
- Health & Safety Management
- Completing On-site assessments
- Reporting to the Directors
- Interviewing for New members of Staff
- Maintain an understanding of current and future business goals and ongoing issues to ensure business success
- Participate in the technical discussion and able to produce project specific documentation
What will they provide:
- Company Vehicle
- 20 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays
- Support & Training Where required
What is Essential:
- Site Management Experience
- Employee Management Experience
- Site Supervisors CSCS Card (Minimum)
- Driving Licence
The salary for this position is dependant on experience level. Such wage would be reviewed on a quarterly basis, here at the company they are incredibly fair with their employees, so what you put in is what you will get out.
