A brilliant opportunity for a front end developer has come up within a small but rapidly growing technology company based in the centre of Glasgow.
They are interesting in ambitious and vibrant people to assist them on architecting and developing UI/UX components in their product development team, as well as a range of client facing professional services projects.

Your duties will include:
- To assist with design, specification and implementation on development projects, specifically related to UI / UX elements
- To implement requirements from design mock-ups and integrate them with backend services / Web API, utilising HTML5, CSS, and Angular
- To document best practice on UX / UI, and to create a framework of common components, tools and techniques for use on future projects
- To work within Scrum teams, and to ensure that UI components are fully tested and meet the requirements
- To consult with our clients to evaluate their requirements and requests UI changes
The ideal candidate will:
- Be educated to degree level
- Have a minimum of 2 years solid experience of Front end development, specifically using Angular/AngularJS.
- Have a minimum of 3 years+ experience of software development
- Be familiar with best practice architecture and design for web development, including design patterns and when/where/how to use these within Angular UI development
- Be experienced with associated Angular toolsets for testing, such as Karma and Protractor
- Have experience of development, configuration and implementation of enterprise software systems
- Be experienced on operational issues associated with administering, maintaining and supporting Web applications running on Windows Server
- Have some exposure/experience of .Net/C# & SQL Server
- Be familiar with software development methodologies, such as Scrum and BDD
- Possess excellent communication skills
