The Fee Earners key role and responsibilities will be:
Working within the Motor claims team,
To handle a high quality caseload of SCT & Fast-track claims
Communicating with Insurers, Claims handling companies, Supply chains, Fleets, Retail Companies and Self-insured companies
The minimum requirements for the Fee Earner role is:
Previous experience of running a litigated caseload of RTA claims.
RTA Defendant Litigated Fee Earning experience essential.
Instructing experts and taking witness statements.
